Corporate events can be complex executions that require the work and coordination of dozens if not hundreds of people. At United Scenic, we want to make your corporate event unique. We’ll keep your attendees engaged and entertained through visualization that captivates their attention. Our talented artisans can build a visual experience that will engage your audience and make your presentation more effective. United Scenic will also manage your event to ensure that everything is executed properly.

There are three elements that we incorporate into every corporate event.

Design:
United Scenic is happy to plan, engineer and build your design. We can also strategize with you to come up with new a creative idea that fits your goals. A detailed construction plan begins the process. When necessary, full-color renderings can be made available to better convey the power of the presentation to you. This will provide a concrete, high-impact visual representation. United’s qualified staff will then provide an accurate, detailed bid that is clear and easy to convey to your clients.

Build:
United Scenic’s artisans can handle almost any kind of custom fabrication including woods, plastics, foam and metal. United Scenic can reconfigure and recycle their set components to offer the most cost-effective solution available while respecting the earth’s resources.

Project Management:
United Scenic’s project managers make sure that all the pertinent details are addressed. They load the trucks, install all components and strike the set in a professional manner. United Scenic knows how to navigate challenging venues and tight timelines.

The goals of your event will largely determine how we design your set. These are some things to consider when planning your corporate event:

  • How many screens do you need?
  • Does the size of the event require three screens of just one?
  • Will people be coming up on stage from back stage, from the audience, or both? What step units and railings might be necessary?
  • How high off the floor do the screens and speakers need to be?
  • What changeovers are needed and how will it impact staging?
  • What is happening on stage? One speaker? A panel discussion? A band? All of the above?
  • What branding graphics need to be considered?
