Setting The Scene & Creating An Atmosphere

Creative Trade Show Design and Atmosphere

Creating the right atmosphere at your next trade show is important. Not only is it a reflection of your brand but it also sets the tone for how your guests feel and interact in the space. There are many ways to impress attendees … Here are a few sample photos from one of our recent projects as well as some ideas to keep in mind for your next event.

  1. Tasteful branding – There’s no need to overwhelm and put your logo on every single inch of available space. Choose colors, shapes or other elements associated with your brand to highlight your design.
  2. Compliment existing features – To mirror the round atrium opening in the ceiling leading up to the 4th floor, we incorporated circles and spheres in various ways throughout the foyer. This made for a cohesive feel that was also pleasing to the eye.
  3. Anticipate guest needs – Custom kiosks give attendees the ability to lock handbags and backpacks into secure compartments leaving them free to mingle. Knowing that attendees are on a tight schedule, it’s nice to offer amenities to help facilitate their needs throughout the day’s events.
